This is the second vehicle I purchased from Pacific Motors. While the sale process was positive, the after sale process was also excellent. There were a few mechanical issues with the vehicle we became aware of within a month of the sale. Their mechanics repaired the items in the same day while also providing us with a courtesy car. These repairs were totally covered by the one month warranty.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Pacific Motors over the years and I find them to be friendly, professional and helpful. They stand behind their products and have gone out of their way to make my car buying experiences positive.

Had a very good experience with everyone there. Bought a Yukon that had issues before we drove it off the lot they tried every option they could to fix it and wasn’t able to at which point they took it back and we paid the difference on a different Yukon they had on the lot. We have referred our friends to Pacific Motors. They were honorable and honest with us which goes along way. One of the best used car dealership experiences we have so far had.

My husband was treated with care and respect while he was at Pacific Jess Brian and the rest were great!! We will recommend everyone to give our friends at Pacific Motors an opportunity to sell a vehicle too, and provide you with the same level of concern for our situation. Went over and so beyond our expectations.  When you see all the employees enjoying where they work it shows in the simple process of purchasing a car or truck from them I could go on I am going for a ride in our new truck.  See ya there.

2 years agoI bought a truck from Pacific around 5 months ago, and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership, their sales staff and mechanics. I haven’t had any issues and was given a clear, honest price that fit within my budget. The truck suited all of the needs I had/have and love driving it around day in and day out. I highly recommend Pacific!

Great dealer with an excellent team. Their goal is customer satisfaction. We bought a 2005 ford e350, 2012 chevy express 2500 and planning to go back tomorrow for a 2007 express2500. Am sure we will be back for our future vehicle
